Black Dots on the Image

Projectors require airflow for proper cooling and therefore are not completely sealed. In some environments, fine dust particles may enter the optical path and appear as small black dots in the projected image.

Recommendations:
* Inspect the projected image when first receiving the projector. If black dots are visible, please contact support for assistance.
* Use the projector in a clean environment whenever possible.
* Ensure ventilation openings remain unobstructed.
* When not in use, store the projector in a protective dust cover or bag.
