If the remote control does not respond, you can quickly check whether it is functioning properly using your smartphone camera.
How to test:
1. Open your smartphone camera and switch to video mode.
2. Point the camera at the front of the remote control (IR emitter)
3. Press any button on the remote.
Check the result:
No flashing light visible through the camera
→ Please check whether the batteries are installed correctly and confirm the battery type.
A flashing light is visible through the camera
→ The remote control is functioning normally. Please ensure the remote is pointed toward the rear IR receiver of the projector and used within 16.4 ft (5 m).
